4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as specified at checkout. An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful purchase.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to UK Mainland only. Processing time is typically within five business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Refunds
Perishable Goods: We do not accept returns on perishable products (i.e. dog treats) unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the issue.Refunds and Replacements: If a product requires replacement, we will endeavour to send one out within 24 hours of notification. If a replacement is not possible, a store credit note may be issued. Refunds or replacements are at our discretion and may require the return of the item.
