1. General Principles
All products are freshly made to order with care. Because of their perishable, custom-made nature, standard returns are limited.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Unless Express Delivery is selected at checkout as we start baking as soon as the order is placed. Cancellations that are made within 24 hours will be issued a full refund. Cancellations that are made after 24 hours will be refunded providing we have not started to make or have sent the order out. Once the order has been sent out, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Returns Policy
Returns are not generally accepted once an order has been dispatched or collected. In exceptional circumstances where a return is agreed, the customer is responsible for return postage.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Replacements will be freshly baked and dispatched within 48 hours, where possible.
5. Refunds

Cancellations: Refunds (minus any applicable cancellation fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Delivery Issues: Refunds will not be issued if delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the recipient was unavailable to receive the delivery.

For damaged or faulty items, a refund or replacement will be provided at our discretion.
6. Key Reminders
Please double-check all order details, including delivery address, before completing your purchase. As products are freshly made with a shorter shelf life, returns are not generally possible once dispatched or collected.
