At L&V's Bark 'n Bake, all of our treats are baked fresh to order.

We take great care in preparing, packaging, and dispatching your order to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

 

Order Processing and Dispatch

1. All products are freshly baked and dispatched as soon as possible.

2. We aim to process and send out orders within 1–2 working days of purchase.

3. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Delivery Time frames

We use Royal Mail Tracked24 as our standard delivery option. This service aims to deliver within 24 hours of dispatch, but please note this is not a guaranteed time frame. We aim for all orders to be delivered within 7 working days of purchase. If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Packaging and Damages in Transit

1. Every care is taken when packing your order to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

2. We take photographs of your order at the point of packaging as a record of the condition before dispatch.

3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any damage caused during transit once the parcel has left our premises.
